In the northern portion of California, there is the little town of Sumpter. There is very little of importance around it. Celebrities do not live in vast numbers there, the region isn't abundantly wealthy, nor are there witches and ghosts around every corner. It is simply just your every day small town. In fact, the only thing that makes it stand out is the fact that if you turn on the radio, you're more likely than not about to hear a song about someone whom you know. No, there aren't hundreds of song writers living in the town. But all of the romance and friendships in the air in Sumpter, and they way they play out, really makes one think that Love Is Just a Lyric.
